Refund policy

I hope you''re going to love the piece you bought from Pistachio Grey Jewellery, but if it  isn’t quite right for you please let me know within 7 days of receipt, and  pop it in the post it back to me, in the original condition and packaging within 14 days. Please include your name address and order date and I will action refund within 5 working days (except in exceptional circumstances such as when the shop is closed for holidays and it may take a little longer). Please note I can't exchange stud earrings unless faulty due to hygiene reasons, or commissions that have been created especially for you. The customer is responsible for paying for the return postage, and please keep your postal receipt just in case needed,  as I can't be responsible for returned items that go missing in the post.
